Anyone have a real Piano to record on?

Does anyone have or know of a tuned piano that I could use to record on for a few hours? I would pay for the time used and bring all my own recording equipment. (not too much gear, just 3 mics and a small digital multitrack). The piano must absolutely be in tune for it to work out.
