Responsibilities include performing duties under general supervision and the ability to work independently or as a team. Must be able to perform light-moderate labor and capable of lifting items weighing up to 75lbs. Required work experience should include one year of any form of construction or property maintenance. Landscaping, carpentry, electrical, roofing, drywall, or masonry experience is a plus. Minimum skills must include ability to operate zero turn mowers, traditional riding mowers, trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, cordless power tools, and traditional handheld gardening tools. Knowledge of tractors, attachments, and implements are a plus. High School or GED education preferred. Applicants with technical degrees or certificates could be considered for work leader roles and additional pay as the company grows. Resume not required preferred.
