HQ Custom Design Inc. - 275 Huyler Street South Hackensack, NJ 07606 HQ Custom Design is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Cleaner / Detailer to work in our facility in South Hackensack, NJ, and join our team. Company Snapshot: HQ Custom Design is a pioneer and recognized leader in upfitting custom conversion vans and SUVs to transforming them into luxurious high-end builds, mobile offices, wheelchair-accessible vans, shuttle buses, and commercial vans for small businesses and corporations. We are searching for committed, qualified individuals to join our team! Primary Duties and Responsibilities * General maintenance and ensuring that the facility and working areas remain clean on a daily basis. * Responsible for performing detailed exterior and interior cleaning of each completed vehicle exiting the shop. * Maintain safe, clean and orderly tools and general working area. * Consistent communication with supervisors and team members. * Other duties as needed or required. Experience: * Preferred prior experience in washing / detailing vehicles and shop cleaning Skills: * Self-motivated and professional. * Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Be able to follow directions, evaluate problems and prioritize tasks. * Must be detail orientated and self-driven to perform tasks with excellence. * Ability to work well in small teams. *Working Conditions * Work inside and outside vehicles inside a shop environment and outside. * Frequent lifting objects up to 50 lbs. Frequent kneeling, crawling, bending.
