We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to handle cabinet and countertops installation for new construction Multifamily apartment complexes. Some of the requirements are: - Frecuent visits to job sites (Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville) to make sure installations are going well and according to schedule. - Placing order for materials. - Finding subcontractors when required. - Bilingual (not mandatory, but a positive). - Previous experience with cabinets (and countertops if possible). - Computer skills. - Good communication skills, including emails. - Constant communication with General Contractors and clients.
