We are in need of some reliable, professional field crew members to assist with field maintenance on a fruit farm in Wahiawa. The day will begin at 6:30AM and finish at 3PM 5 days a week. Qualified candidates should be able to fulfillthe following requirements. -Laying new strips of film over damaged sectionsof field and in sections missed by paper laying machine. -Cover exposed sides, ends and torn sections of film with soil. -Obtain planting material and walk between rows looking for and removing undesirable plants and set new planting material as necessary. -Removes weeds by either pulling or cutting with hoe or knife, as directed, in fields, along field roads and ditches. -When weeding in young fields, break off premature fruits when so directed. -Report presence and location of noxious weeds when so detected. -Perform work with regard for personal safety, as well as the safety of your fellow employees, by following proper safety techniques. -Exercise proper care and protection of company property.
