Professional drummer w/ years of experience performing in wedding, cover, and original bands, seeking a working cover rock/80'-90s/ alternative/ variety situation. I have many standards in my repertoire, pro gear, transit, and open evening availability. I practice with a metronome, so I keep the time consistently, and play at the proper dynamic per song, so I don't default loud AF and just blow everyone out volume-wise. For live shows, I bring a hybrid electric/ real cymbal kit, or a full acoustic w/ an AKG kick mic, and a badass overhead condenser mic that beautifully picks up the rest of the kit while minimizing the load to two channels. We recently relocated from Orlando via St. Louis, MO, and I am a very quick study, requiring minimal rehearsal as a group, Ie; I show up prepared by putting in the work on the setlist on my own time and expect a similar level of professionalism and preparedness.
