We have 3 acres of Ag land in Missoula county in our back field that we currently do no use. Some dirt work and fence work needed to make flat, enclosed but looking for anyone interested in using it / leasing it for a good purpose and not just watching the grass die like it does now. Clay heavy soil. There is a well on the property, unsure of the full potentially it can support for water in the back field. Open to discussion, ideas, thoughts or references to potentially interested groups. I really would like to see a purposeful use for this land, but I am not an ag professional myself.
