We are the owners of High Country Party Rental in Buena Vista/Chaffee County. Specializing in small, local events. The company has been in business in the county for almost 15 years now and we are the second owners, and this is our 5th summer as owners. This was purchased as more of a part time, summer gig, as we have full time jobs still, and it’s just gotten too much for us to handle. The business consists of mostly tents, tables and chairs, but we do have a fairly extensive inventory of other items, with plenty of room to grow. This business could easily pay for itself in the first summer if the owner has some drive! If anyone is interested, we would be willing to work together to get things going, any help or info needed. A large truck and enclosed trailer are pretty much a necessity, and I currently have everything in a shop out by the BV airport where rent could be negotiated for storage of all the items. We have consistently pulled in 20-30k just with summer weekend work, and typically turned down a lot of work and shut down for most of the winter, so there is easily more potential. It has been run by just myself and my wife, I would do almost all setups solo and she would schedule and invoice. Besides the truck and trailer, it’s pretty much turn key. And I would even be willing to part with my dodge flatbed dually and 24’ enclosed trailer if need be as well. Any interest or questions or for more info, we have plenty to offer!
