Custom Solar is an established solar company (design & installation) in Boulder, CO and we are currently seeking an experienced master electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing all electrical equipment for our solar jobs, be a problem solver, work well with others, possess good customer service skills and communicate well.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install all electrical equipment needed for a solar install.
- Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code.
- Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs.
- Utilize wiring diagrams and plans to complete the project as permitted.
- Sizing and tying in breakers in the electrical panel.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a current and good standing Master Electrician License in the State of Colorado
- Experience & skills in electric panels and wiring with current knowledge on all NEC standards
- Clean driving record - Applicants who cannot be added to our insurance to operate our fleet will not be considered
- Must have working knowledge and experience replacing electrical services and distribution panels.
- Previous experience in solar industry
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Own your own hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Professional appearance
