V&G Iron Works Inc. is a large misc. metals fabrication company seeking a qualified delivery driver. We've been in business for over 40 years fabricating metals stairs, railings, ladders, etc. We offer health and dental insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays and vacation time. • Position: Flatbed truck delivery driver • Work Hours/Days: Monday thru Friday. 40 hours/week minimum. Start time will vary depending on delivery schedule. • Some deliveries are to prevailing wage construction sites that pay roughly $60-70/hr while off loading deliveries Some weekend work may be required and some week day OT may also be required • Hourly rate: $23/hr • Benefit package: 1---Health insurance 2---Paid time off 3---Retirement savings with company match JOB DESCRIPTION • SAFETY IS OF PRIMARY CONCERN • Loading of delivery trucks • Ensure all material/hardware/field drawings are on delivery trucks • Delivery and off loading fabricated goods to various construction sites • Driver must be comfortable driving larger vehicles • We will sign you up and pay for a DOT medical card if you don't have one
