Handy Man/Painter/Odd Jobs person needed to help the Head of Maintenance at East Rock Rentals. I need someone who is reliable and has transportation!! This is not an under the table type of job. Compensation will be determined by your level of skill. You will be assisting the head of the Maintenance department with getting rental units painted, any kind of carpentry work that they may need, cleaning, etc.. You will need to be able to take direction and work on your own in a timely fashion.
