Duct Cleaning Technician Lead and Crew Assistant Tech

We are looking for a full time duct cleaning technician; experience is preferred but NOT required. We will fully train ambitious, go-getter candidates. For interested techs, we have a training program to develop foreman in commercial duct cleaning as well. This person must be friendly, care about themselves and their customers, crave success, want to grow with our company, and 100% dependable with a good attitude. Option #1: This is the best option for those that want to work alone and be lead techs doing residential work with their own assigned company truck. You will work solo most of the time and be in 2 homes per day which makes it an ever changing environment. Customer interaction is key while in these homes. Work is M-F, day shift. Work days flex but typically fall between 700 am and 500 pm (meaning arrival at our Madison shop location at 7:00 am and departure from our Madison shop location at 5:00 pm). You will average 40-50 hours per week. After your on the job training period, you are put in charge of your own duct cleaning vac truck, complete with your name on the door. These are very expensive trucks and are a big responsibility. A valid license is required. Attention to detail is required. Option #2: Best suited for those that want to be on a commercial team working with 1-10 other team members daily and don't mind some travel/off shift work. Work is M-F with one Saturday requirement per month as needed, and some 2nd shift work as needed. This is a higher paid position. Work days vary on location (some overnight stays/out of towns will be required where we cover related expense for hotel/food/etc.). Plenty of opportunity for OT to go-getter candidates. Different jobsite typically daily or weekly allowing you to see many of Wisconsin's thriving industries as we do work at their facilities (never getting bored in the same location). You must have reliable transportation and be capable of getting to jobsites as required. For both options: You must be capable of lifting 60 pounds. No two days are ever the same. Work is physically demanding as you are at a constant hustle (you are paid to work out) and requires a good attitude and dress to impress mentality for our customers. We are the best at what we do!!! After a year, most of our techs average $22 per hour, with bonuses, plus they often receive tips and can earn other above and beyond bonuses as well. We promote from within as we continue to grow into commercial duct cleaning for those that are interested in that route which leads to further pay increase.
