Inspectology Presents Open House Agent Appreciation Event and Fund Raiser

Please join us at our Agent Appreciation/Happy Hour Open House (real estate, get it?), on Thursday June 9th from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Proceeds for the event will benefit Baltimore Safe Haven (Trans Shelter) and Love and Lunches (homeless feeding mission). The event will consist of 10 free, themed appetizers (regular, gluten free and vegan) , a choice of a free signature cocktail. Zeke's will be selling some of their product and craft beers, IPA's and a full selection of imported and domestic wines from Potomac Selections who will also be offering wine sampling from a local wine import company. There will be 2 tarot readers (free, tips only) if you're looking for some insight, a DJ, cigar rolling and smoking area. As a fund raiser, we are currently soliciting local merchants for product donations for silent auction and raffle. Nationally recognized, locally published photographer James Trudeau and HD Bro's will be covering the event for social media purposes as we celebrate & offer a happy hour event for our agent partners for their loyalty and business. We are currently working with a local PR team to stir interest with local press as an added boost and anticipate some news features and publications to provide coverage of the event. Ticketing: Tickets for the event are free of charge but attendees are encouraged to use the donation option to consider donating, as all proceeds from the event will be split evenly between the 2 charities. We currently offer the following sponsorship tiers to anyone wishing to be an official sponsor Tier 1: Condo level promotion: $500.00 Includes: Digital promotion and signage day of event Placing of informational material on our information table during event 2 spaces held for attendees Tier 2: Rowhome Level Promotion: $1000.00. All of the above plus Logos on eblasts and posters Prominent display of your company's personal banner at the event in a well traversed area (near the bar :)) Inclusion on 3 out of 6 social media posts with verbiage of your choice.
