Tara and Jack are internationally renown meditation teachers, and both have a PhD in clinical psychology. Over the last 3 decades, their unique blend of spirituality and science has played a key role in introducing mindfulness practices to the West. Now that I am more than half-way through the program, it is time for me to engage in a Practicum where I teach mindfulness classes to share and demonstrate my growing skill set. At the end of this 4-part course, I respectfully request that you complete a teacher evaluation to assist in my growth as a mindfulness meditation teacher. Your feedback will also be submitted to the program coordinators and my mentor.
