Assistant Gardener/Handyman

Description

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the exterior of our property. We’ll rely on you to keep our property in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Full Time – Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Paid Vacation and Sick Time, Health Insurance Responsibilities • Perform maintenance tasks • Perform routine landscaping on the grounds • Weeding, irrigation repair • Composting, planting • Seasonal chores • Small garden building projects • Specific, routine cleaning; sweeping, dusting, washing solar panels and skylights • Identify and report the need for repairs Requirements: • Proven experience as handyman and gardener • Reliable car for transportation to and from work • Knowledge of gardening tools and maintenance tools • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs • English speaker required • Background check required • References for similar positions required • Must provide proof of vaccination • Must provide documentation of legal authorization to work in the United States • Good communication ability • Well-organized and adept in problem-solving • Attention to detail Must provide proof of vaccination Must provide documentation of legal authorization to work in the United States
