Guns are not the problem. A society that feels compelled to own guns is the problem.
Guns represent people trying to pacify their own fears. Guns allow people who feel helpless and vulnerable feel some level of control. If we fix our society immaturity and insecurity, gun s will become irrelevant.
The world has drifted away from being a place of love and kindness. Humans disrespect one another at every opportunity. Until this changes, we will continue suffering travesties such as gun violence.
