Building a Culture of Inclusion Culture often feels illusive, especially in small organizations, but it is a critical factor of success and retention. This interactive presentation will explore what it means to have an inclusive culture, why it matters and what gets in the way of it happening. When organizations build an inclusive culture that is aligned with their values, staff are more engaged and the organization can be more successful. In-Person Seminar Event Date: June 15th, 2022. She has an MA in Organizational Psychology and is a certified professional coach. Rita works with individuals, teams, leaders and the entire organization to improve the culture and practice of supervision, thereby helping the organization to be more effective. Rita has taught at University of San Francisco and Sonoma State University in California. Rita’s 2nd book is titled Leading for Justice: Supervision, HR and Culture.
