Physical and Emotional Development in Girls: What to Expect During Puberty Goodbye awkward silence, hello conversation! "It's a Girl Thing!" is helping girls face puberty and growing up with knowledge and confidence. Every body is different and unique! Let's get the conversation started about what happens to our bodies and minds as we journey towards womanhood. We'll cover everything about puberty and staying healthy (and nothing more). This event is designed for girls ages 9-12 and is FREE, but girls must be registered by June 10 to ensure we have enough materials for everyone.
