We are a small real estate company seeking someone to assist with apartment renovations. We have an existing crew with extensive experience. We currently renovate 1-2 units per month; work is steady and generally in the evenings and weekends with the possibility to eventually work solo. Projects generally include: installing laminate flooring, kitchen remodeling, painting, etc. Pay starts at $18/hour with up to 25% bonus. Pay will increase with reliability, professionalism, and competence (current pay scale is 18-25/hour + bonus). We can pay immediately after work. Requirements: -Some experience is preferred. -Work under a manager until able to work solo. -Use of smartphone and applications that we use as a company. -Mode of transportation.
