Dress in your fanciest cape and superhero outfit and run our 5K/1K, helping us fight against poverty and hunger in Houston. Join West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM) for their Spring Dash on June 4th at 8.00 am. Your support (registration, sponsorship or donation) helps us raise funds for individuals and families in crisis who need food and financial help and we also help provide individuals with training and education for better job opportunities. You will run along the Westchase District trails. While the route does not utilize any public streets, portions of the trails run alongside busy streets. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times and stay on the trails. Do not run on public streets. Please find below the link to the course. After your heroic run and fight against poverty (POW!), all superheroes will get to take a break, receive a finisher medal, and enjoy the food, drinks, fun activities, and raffles that will be at the Super Post-Race Party.
