Gathering hearts to connect with the rhythm of life and what is alive for us right now through movement , cacao and sound. Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice started by Vangelis Lekais that allows you to deeply connect within yourself, with others and the collective group. Practices of Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation and Passing Through and Qigong will be integral parts of the journey together with meditation and breathing practices. CBC explores and illuminates our ways of relating and connecting with Others and self. Ceremonial cacao in its simplest form is raw chocolate. We gather in community to drink ceremonial cacao as a way to set an intention for our experience together and to shift into a collective frequency. Cacao allows us to access deeper emotions stored in the heart, and the body. A sound journey to seal the evening is the perfect way to begin the integration process and to rest in the awareness of you. About your facilitators : Angelina Dayfallah is a Level 3 Contact Beyond Contact Facilitator. Conflict Resolution Specialist. Somatic yoga teacher, energy/bodyworker (reiki, ShaluHa-Ka), tarot and sound healer. For the last 5 years she has been facilitating space that creates trust through guiding yoga, cacao ceremonies, sound healing journeys and retreats. The intention is always to help untangle the knots of resistance we have that keeps us from experiencing life as authentically as possible.
