Press release from the City of Wilkes-Barre: May 23, 2022 Wilkes-Barre City Mayor George C. Brown announced today that potholes may be reported directly to the Pothole Reporting Line at 570.208.4237. Residents can speak with a representative of the Mayor's Office or leave a voicemail, if the representative is not available, to report the location of the pothole. "By centralizing the reporting of pothole locations, the City will be able to better organize and facilitate pothole repairs and alleviate redundancy" said Mayor Brown.
