HI I'm looking for about an hour and a half's worth of work for $40 to someone like you who can easily listen to our multi-lingual Tenants Association meeting announcements and can translate to very likable elderly residents. Student applications accepted, too! Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Prefer both Mandarin and Traditional Chinese, as well-but the more dialects, the better! We will even feed you- a Take home meal will be provided-to-go home with you for translating our gathering. Paid immediately following meeting with secure 2 signature business check drawn from Sterling Bank of San Francisco. Gig may repeat approximately every 3 months or more-so see if you like it. Repeat performances are a possibility. SIDE NOTE:[Some document translation opportunities maybe coming in near future, too; so, please let me know if you want to be considered for those; which would include remote work, from home at your leisure. Paid per page if eligible to do so. Document examples needing translation are rare & casual; mostly limited to our Board announcements, Newsletter pages and flyers detailing our upcoming events, etc. Pay for those jobs are separate and negotiated as needed.] Must be understandable, articulate & able to be heard over loud voices and easily able to answer Tenants questions and concerns. Location is easily accessible by public transportation or on foot. Meet in Community Room off of Lobby and we'll be expecting approximately 10 to 20 Asian participants. Most likely 2 or 3pm start time. Must be prompt, courteous & personable. Meeting must end by 4:30pm at latest, if not earlier. Is near 49 bus route and 22, too. 2 blocks from VAN NESS.
