Description
Fast growing residential general construction company looking to add a skilled construction runner to our team. Full time position with competitive pay. Brand new pickup truck and gas provided by the company. Availability to start ASAP will be considered for immediate hire. Must be a skilled or apprentice handyman to be considered.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Cleanup and organization of residential construction sites.
- Pick up and deliver materials to multiple job sites and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Handyman skills needed to complete punch lists such as light paint touch ups, minor product assembly, etc.
- Communicate progress with the assigned Project Manager and report effectively.
- Purchase and run materials to the job site as needed.
- Pull permits from cities throughout the Bay Area.
- Stand in for inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Handyman experience is required.
- Experience with minor installations.
- Painting, carpentry, and tile experience is a HUGE PLUS.
- Clean DMV and background check.
