Join us at St. Joseph Center of Arkansas for a moon circle under the stars! Come for an evening of fun and relaxation. Activities will include a guided meditation, journaling, a brief sound bath and more! Recommended items to bring with you are a journal or something to write on, a blanket, a yoga mat, a bolster or pillow, and any sacred objects you would like. The full moon is a time for letting go of things that no longer serve us. We often have more energy and feel more motivated around this time in the moon cycle. We hope to see you there!!!
