Lots of people have home studios these days. People buy whole packages from Sweetwater, they are told it's the state of the art gear. They are sold lots of things they are not even sure what everything is or does. Sweetwater pre-loads the software for them on their computer. And then once they get it all home and setup, they realize that there is a lot more to actually using their gear than they thought. Keeping software updated is a full time job these days. And having a strategy without a background in the recording arts can be daunting. I have dealt with these issues many times for may people. I have done installations in many studios. I own and operate a working professional commercial studio, but in the modern world, where everyone has a studio, I find that I have to keep my client's studios up to date so that we can exchange files back and forth. I can extend my experience beyond my clients and students to you, the wary home studio owner in need. I'm happy to give you a free consultation over the phone or Zoom.
