Hello hello, I am an experienced childcare provider, with over 20 years babysitting/ nannying experience, as well as working in preschools, summer camps, and even taught swimming at the Y. I've studied Early Childhood Education and I love supporting children and families. 0-5yo's are my specialty but I'm comfortable working with all ages and stages. I recently quit my job as a mail carrier to find a happier reality and am excited to play with some munchkins and enjoy the summer. I am fluent in ASL and knowledgeable about Deaf culture, and would really love to find people this is relevant for. I have been trained in CPR and first aid many many times, although it is currently expired. I am confident I can handle any situation that will arise with your children and can keep them safe and cared for. I will also communicate with you honestly and fallow and reinforce your expectations for your children. My goal rn is to find local people to connect with who want help, and are willing to help me in return, financially or trading services or resources, I'm open to negotiating. We do not need to be alligned ideologically, but I will only work for families who celebrate diversity and inclusion. Also, it would be really great to find people who are alligned with me, Leftist let's be friends. Where are my Bay Area people at? I know a lot of us have moved down here. I grew up here and moved back pre-pandemic. For now, I am hoping to provide sparatic care like date nights or appointments, or what-have-you (let you take a nap ;o) and if it is a good fit, I'm looking to provide reoccurring care. I take my nephews to school in the morning and am free after 9am and willing to babysit until the wee hours of the morning.
