We are seeking 2 experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in the Tacoma and Olympia areas. Come join our growing team. This position will require reliable transportation and automobile insurance as you will be required to use your vehicle to travel to different sites. Our ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of apartment community experience. Maintenance is responsible for the proper repair & upkeep of the apartments, buildings, common areas, completion of work orders and restoration of vacant units. Physical Requirements • Ability to perform all required tasks • Ability to work outdoors in all weather if needed. • Ability to stand, squat, sit, twist, shovel for entire shift • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to stand and work for 8 hours. Complete tasks as assigned by the Business Manager. Work alone and in a team setting. Maintenance Skills in the following areas desired: Plumbing Carpentry Flooring Painting Appliance repair & installation Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
