We are located near the west side of Charlotte NC off Wilkinson Blvd. This position oversees a team of employees with day-to-day task and training to support our customers facilities.Our ideal candidate is honest, accountable, self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Someone who takes initiative in learning and making suggestions on process improvements and the workplace environment. Must have the ability to supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in commercial establishments. Assign duties, organize workspaces, inspect work, investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. Take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend process improvements disciplinary actions and dismissals. Qualifications Experience working as a supervisor or in leadership position Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively Professional Floor experience (preferred but not required) Ability to train and lead a team to success Janitorial Cleaning experience preferable Honest and Accountable Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportation The ability to think and perform with little or no supervision (Self-starter) Perform cleaning duties throughout the week.
