Must re-home my Sheltie. Please read entire ad. She is 9 months old and afraid of the outside. She will willingly go outside but all the noises and people scare her, therefore she is not potty trained because she does not want to go outside. She may do a lot better with somebody with a backyard. Unfortunately I'm in an apartment. She is not spayed, but is up to date on all vaccines and currently on flea medication. She is the biggest sweetheart, but I work crazy hours and I'm not home with her all the time to work with her consistently. Rehoming fee.
