Well, shocking but I am the only one in the house who cares about our sweet Hermann. He is low maintenance, friendly, funny, easy and will live for another 80 years. He is healthy and quiet, the only one who makes no noise,smell, or demands on me. I would love for him to go to a good and informed home where someone will have a sustained daily interset in him and never consider releasing him to the wild if "done" with him. We will send him with his beautiful and very large enclosure and all of his lighting and gear- to the right family/person. He is precious and I will keep him forever if I must, but it would be great to imagine him with an enthusiastic care taker who thought of enrichment and cool diet options for him, regularly. Also, he enjoys his large space and does not do well in a smaller habitat than what he has. Please text if interested and well informed about the care for this breed of tortoise.
