Join us for a Wine and Dine with Advintage Distributing as we explore 4 incredible wines. This menu will be prepared by our Culinary Team. Expect each bite to perfectly compliment the 4 tastings.
1st: Cured pacific salmon, white bean and Pecorino Bruschetta ; Day Babycheeks Rose
2nd: Grilled Romaine w/ Honey vinaigrette ,shaved cheese, pickled onions; Trisatum White pinot Noir
3rd: Seared Duck breast w/ Bing Cherry ,local carrots, buttered farro; Requiem Cabernet Sauvignon
4th: Meyer lemon semifreddo w/ roasted almonds and summer berries; Montinore Borealis
Cost for this class is $80/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, gloves will be used when preparing food.
