Come learn about Ukrainian culture as well as the humanitarian efforts at the Ukraine/Poland border and how you can help from home! This family-friendly event will begin with a discussion lead by Bentonville resident Trevor Dane, who recently spent time volunteering with the organizations Polish Humanitarian Action and World Central Kitchen in Poland. Following the discussion, kids will have the opportunity to listen to stories with Ms. Asele and create art showing their support for the people of Ukraine. The artwork will be sent to humanitarian centers in Ukraine and throughout Europe through Dane's initiative Hugs from Friends! This is a family-friendly event and all ages are encouraged to attend.
