Small painting company looking to scale operations. I’m looking for a mid level, experienced painter, someone who can cut in perfect lines, to join the team. Also I’m looking for a couple helpers for large projects. (If you are a highly experienced painter looking for a new opportunity and can take a lower pay in beginning, please apply) I’m looking for someone who has desires to move up in a company and not have to physically paint all their career. My goal would be to teach you our system and then put new people under you. I do high end, interior painting which requires a ton of prep work like floor paper, lots of taping, and masking off for spraying things like cabinets and trim. This is work you will be doing as well, until the team is built out.
