Amidst the other companies, Ryan co-founded a tech start-up in 2011, growing and running operations for a team of five employees and seven interns. As a leader, equity fundraiser, coach and manager of a 30,000+ subscriber database, Ryan earned, what he calls, his “Street Smarts MBA”.
