Green Home Energy Solutions is in search of a Lead Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and in providing excellent customer service! Green Home is an HVAC company operating in the Warrenton-Marshall-Culpeper area with over 15 years in the business. We specialize in ductless split systems and both residential and light commercial HVAC applications. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the clean simplicity of our finished work. Benefits: • Pay: $25 - $35/hr based on experience ($52,000 - $72,800 per year) • Health Insurance provided • Paid time off • Paid Training • Employee Tool Purchase Program • Monthly Bonus Structure • Uniform Provided • No Weekend Work Required! • Year-round work for a company with an established customer base Job Tasks: • Lead a 1-2 person crew assigned for replacement HVAC installations • Assign tasks as needed to personnel to ensure that jobs are completed timely • Ensure install work done properly (refrigerant lines/electrical wires/drain lines routed properly, system ducting resealed as necessary, work area cleaned to leave no trace) • Able to monitor systems for 100% operation after installation Requirements: • Minimum two (2) years prior HVAC experience • Able to install standard A/C systems, heat pump systems, oil/gas/LP furnaces, oil/gas/LP boilers, air handler units, water heaters (electric and oil/gas/LP), and ductless mini-split systems • EPA 608 (Type I) Certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days – company can provide the resources to obtain) • Ability to work in some extreme environments, such as attics, crawlspaces, elevated heights • Able to safely lift 50 to 100 lbs on a daily basis • Valid Driver’s License • Excellent Customer Service skills • Able to use a phone and/or tablet to utilize the field service software • Knowledge and ability to work safely with high voltage electrical currents, high-temperature brazing torches, and high-pressure nitrogen and refrigerant
