$20-$25/hr. Competitive pay based on experience Homefront Builders LLC is a young residential home improvement company currently specializing in deck building. We are quickly growing and looking to expand our workforce. We are based out of California, MD currently serving Charles and Prince Georges counties. We are seeking a full-time experienced carpenter willing to grow with our company. Position is full time and immediately available. Please send resume and availability for phone interview. Requirements: Minimum 2 year’s experience in carpentry Ownership of Carpentry tools preferred Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of construction Proficient in using and maintaining manual and electrical equipment Ability to read technical documents and drawings High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license Reliable vehicle (truck is preferred) Good physical condition with ability to lift more than 50 pounds Duties and responsibilities: Old decking demolition Dig holes manually as well as with equipment Haul dirt and concrete Mix and pour concrete Move and stack materials Understand and read drawings, documents, and blueprints Assist in lifting and installing deck materials Use hand tools and power tools Layout footings, framing, decking and railings Complete construction of new and refurbished deck builds
