The Lackawanna and Luzerne County Medical Societies are excited to host the sixth First Friday Scranton Health Fair on Friday, August 5th. The Lackawanna and Luzerne County Medical Societies are excited to host the sixth First Friday Scranton Health Fair on Friday, August 5th, 2021 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm at The Marketplace at Steamtown in downtown Scranton. The purpose of the health fair is to increase health awareness through education and prevention. Your participation will help us in our efforts to promote good health, emphasize the practice of good health habits, and showcase the excellent medical care available locally. We would like to provide basic health screenings, immunizations, and blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose checks, as well as a variety of informational booths designed to help the community become aware of the many health-related programs, services, and providers located in our surrounding community.
