Found White Fancy Pigeon With Tags

Description

I found a white fancy pigeon with tags. It seemed like it was very lost. Friendly but flew away when I tried to read the tags. I don’t know anything about these birds so I’m not sure if it was someone’s pet or not. It was sitting on the corner of Denning and Tunis near Hacienda North Park. It flew down Tunis in the opposite direction of the middle school.
