Carpenter / French Door Installation Help

We replaced a sliding glass door with French Door and they're just "not quite right": The new doors went in fine, they open, close and lock. They just don't swing like they were professionally installed. (We aren't professionals! This was DIY) Looking for someone to make the minor adjustments to the install so that they swing correctly without catching on threshold and opposite doors. (We want to trim it out and paint afterwards.) We know this is a small job but we'll pay cash to someone with experience that knows how to easily make these adjustments.
