SOUTH SAINT PAUL, MN — South St. Paul High School's former boys basketball coach Matthew McCollister took his life Monday, according to a report by the St. Paul Pioneer Press. His death was two days before he was scheduled to be sentenced in federal court for fraud, the publication reported.
