American Asphalt Sealing Inc. is a growing company with employee growth potential for motivated employees. Job duties and requirements include: Sealcoat Crew: • Applying sealcoat to a paved surface with a spray wand, squeegee and or brush. • Ensuring the cleanliness of the jobsite and that there is no property damage. (Overspray on buildings, cars, curbs/sidewalks etc.) • Managing a crew and ensuring that the job meets company standards. • Driving company trucks. • Backing up various sized trailers. • Keeping the company vehicles clean. • Have the ability to recognize and correct any equipment or product issues in the field with limited supervision. • Have the ability to pass a drug test. • Be able to lift 50+ lbs. • Using various small machines and tools to complete the job in a timely manner. • Cleaning and filling the cracks in asphalt. Starting wage is $20-$25 an hour. Raises based on performance. Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. dependent on job completion. Insurance offered 20% employer paid. $2000 end of year bonus.
