I have been having problems with M@C Discount bids locations :Beaverfalls, Boardman, And Washington. M@C computer systems has been hacked. My account has been hacked by someone has been making bids. Money has been taken out of my bank account because of the problem with M@C computer system. When I called support explained the situation AJ -General Manager out of Washington site and Debbie from the Butler site have been no help. When asked them if their computer system is 100% protected; they both said “NO”. I asked to be credit for the items I supposedly bid on and won. AJ and Debbie said they could tell I did bid on it. Remember nothing is 100% protected but insisted I bid on these items one item is from the Washington site - they say I have never bid on items at that site. The other bid was on a mailbox in which I have already bid and won a mailbox in previous auction from them. They didn’t care to help their customer. Both AJ and Debbie actually called me a liar. Just rember nothing is 100% safe on their site. Who else had problems with bids and or employees?? Please post your story about your bids and purchase from this site. My account has been compromised and M@C Discount Customer Service is horrible to deal with customers like myself. Warning don’t bid on M@C site because their computer systems has MAJOR ISSUES.
