Updated 10:30 p.m. CARTERSVILLE, GA — Election Day is over in Cartersville and Bartow County, and voters have cast their ballots in the 2022 primary election. Among the winners are Republican Darla Branton Williams, school board district 2; and Republican Matt Shultz, school board district 3; and Republican Ed Setzler, Georgia Senate District 37. The ballot also included statewide elections for governor, secretary of state, attorney general, agriculture commissioner, insurance commissioner, state school superintendent and labor commissioner.
