Need a gas water heater installed - You must be a licensed plumber

Jobs

5007 Berwyn Rd., College Park MD

Description

I am a landlord, a gas-powered water heater in one of my rental properties has reached the end of its life, and I need a replacement water heater installed. This job is ONLY open to people with a current Plumbing License in the state of Maryland. You will need to show me your license, and I will verify its authenticity on the state government website. The rental property is in College Park, and a Home Depot is three miles away. At the start of the job, we will go to the Home Depot together, get the water heater, and get any other materials such as pipe fittings, gas hoses, an expansion tank, and a water heater drain pan. I will pay for all the materials. I only have a sedan, so you will need to bring a vehicle that is big enough to transport the water heater. I'll help you carry it. The new water heater must be installed in a way that is fully compliant with all laws and codes. At the end of the job, you must help me carry the old water heater outside the house so we can throw it on the curb. The attached photos show the existing water heater. It no longer produces hot water because water leaks out of its bottom and extinguishes the pilot light. It's done for. The new water heater needs to be installed by MONDAY, MAY 30 (Labor Day). $870 is what I'll pay for labor because that's how much a certified plumber charged me for this exact same task a few years ago at another rental house I own. If you're interested in this job, email me, and write "I read your whole ad" in the Subject line of your email. If not, I won't open the email.
