Part time 30/week maintenance person for a condo complex for seniors in Evergreen. Duties include cleaning all the common areas - dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms; mowing and trimming outside; painting; supervised basic carpentry projects; some basic repair (will train); and other duties as they arise. Lots of variety in the work, helpful to be ok working alone and be a self starter. Dependable and trustworthy a must. Friendly to residents. Goal is to keep the buildings and grounds clean and neat and safe for residents.
