Hi CL World! We're Skybear, a proggy math rock band based out of Medford/Somerville. In the pre-pandemic days we had a pretty good flow as a band, with a catalogue of about 10 songs, and a host of gigs under our belt. However, like many of us out here, 2.5 years and a global pandemic later, it's safe to say our flow is broker. Our bassist has moved to VT, and the remaining members are trying to get the band back off the ground. Looking for a bassist who's comfortable playing in odd meters, and enjoys collaborative song writing. We're an instrumental band, so no vocals, and our sound is definitely along the lines of Toe, Red Sparrows, Covet, Do Make Say Think. Link to our soundcloud is below.
