We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Crews/Handymen willing to service UGA student housing. We do move out painting, cleaning and maintenance/make readies on over 100 properties across the country. This UGA project will start May 27th and will be a small sample of regular work over the summer. We pay weekly based on production (not by the hour). This means the harder and longer you work the more money you make. The system we’ve created on the job site is great for a 1-3 person crew or for you to split a large team up and conquer more volume each day. You are required to provide your own tools but all you will need are basic hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, caulk gun, cordless drill, etc). Anything more than that is definitely a plus. PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE BASIC TOOLS. Typical Tasks: Caulking, replacing blinds, changing light bulbs, replacing smoke detector batteries, basic inspection of appliances for proper function, checking for leaks, adjusting doors, very light electrical (switches and outlets) and plumbing (hand tighten P traps and faucet installs) etc. Appearance and professionalism are extremely important.
