We are a small maintenance company with years of contractual work - we are busy rain or shine and work outside year round. We are looking to add a reliable, responsible and dependable member to our team. We generally work 7:30 to 3:30 - What we need from you: Show Up on time (know how to use an alarm clock), have a good attitude, be proud of what you produce and give 110% every day. What we will give you: Consistent work, a nice tan in the summer, rain gear with appropriate boots, 6% match for 401k after 90 days and benefits after 90 days of employment as well as pay starting at $23. Salary, higher pay and gas allowance can be earned by the right person who is consistent, wants to work and remains drug free. We work throughout the Portland Metro area and Vancouver. You cannot be afraid of heights or hesitant to use a ladder safely. You must also be able to follow directions.
