Benefits Include: • Medical & Dental insurance through Kaiser. • PTO accruals begin on the first day! • 401(k) Retirement Plan Bonus Structure: • New Hire bonus $1,000 • Referral bonus $1,000 Responsibilities: The Maintenance and Facility Technician position is responsible for performing diversified duties by troubleshooting, servicing, repairing and maintaining the Company’s inside and outside facility. • Facility maintenance includes various repairs on garage doors, plumbing, toilets, faucets, warehouse racking, bollard poles, anchor floor stops, hanging cooler door curtains, painting, lighting, minor dock leveler checks, floor crack epoxy repairs, floor stripe tape, etc. • Outside repairs may include parking lot striping, sign repair, check trash compactor, minor painting, clean up minor oil/diesel leaks,etc. • Support the company’s safe working environment by complying with strict adherence to food service laws, guidelines and policies and procedures. • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
